Business center 135 combines work and living functions together. The correct shape of the building allows for efficient use of the entire area. The small distances between the windows and the dark areas provide natural light in the workplace. A restrained and clear volumetric spatial composition without large glass planes was chosen for the highest energy efficiency of the building. The interior combines industrial and “undone“ styles. The playfulness of the graffiti work of the young artists' team "Spray Way" and the different artistic accents throughout the center provide playfulness.
